11th Generation Uni-Q Driver
The drivers used in the LSXII are KEF’s proprietary 11th generation Uni-Q driver array that has been specially tuned for this system. The tweeter is placed at the precise centre of the woofer for more natural sound reproduction eliminating any kind of “sweet spot” associated with generic two-way speakers for accurate and pristine sound for all. With a combined 200 watts of system power each tweeter and woofer has its own dedicated amp for room-filling sound typical of much larger units. All of this is backed up by the Music Integrity Engine, a collection of cutting-edge algorithms that offers perfectly timed performance with improved clarity and a tight, accurate sound.
Impeccable Design
Created in collaboration with renowned industrial designer Michael Young, the aesthetic of the LSXII combines perfectly with its pristine and accurate sound. every aspect has been meticulously pooled over from the elegant rear panel to the subtle design accents on the drivers and ports. A choice of six stunning finishes ensures a perfect pairing for any environment or lifestyle. Mineral White and Lava Red models are finished with satin and gloss spray, while Carbon Black, Olive Green and Cobalt Blue are clad in a specially designed fabric from Danish contemporary textile designer, Kvadrat whilst The Soundwave by Terence Conran Edition sees the ‘soundwave’ pattern is woven into the same unique fabric.
