Designed from scratch, the ELAC Navis B51 active stand speakers offer unmatched mid and high frequency performance from a concentric element. This combined with a custom aluminium woofer for truly impressive bass, all in one compact and elegant cabinet. Each of the three elements is powered by its own dedicated analog amplifier, with both RCA and XLR balanced input.

Navis’s elegant design can be integrated into any interior. The cabinets are available in high gloss black, high gloss white and coloured wood veneers. A dedicated tripod is recommended for optimum performance. Each Navis speaker consists of three separate analog amplifiers, one for each element: a 160 Watt BASH AB amplifier for the woofer, a 100 Watt BASH AB amplifier for intermediate tone and a 40 Watt Class AB for treble. A total amplifier power of 300 watts ensures that each element is optimally powered.

Powerful Trifecta

Inside each Navis Bookshelf Loudspeaker is a Tri-Amp Pure Analog Amplifier, employing three separate amps for each transducer: a 160-watt BASH AB amplifier for the woofer, a 100-watt BASH AB amplifier for the mid range, and a 40-watt Class AB amplifier for the tweeter. A total amplifier power of 300 watts ensures that each transducer is optimally—and amply—powered, eliminating clipping and crossover distortion, and driving each transducer with authority.

Custom-Design Tweeter

One reason the Navis sounds so natural is because of its in-house developed transducer, a 4-inch aluminium mid range driver with a concentrically mounted 1-inch soft-dome tweeter. Combined, this signature configuration lets Navis set the performance standard for its class.

Custom-Designed Woofer

Navis’s single woofer reproduces bass with authority, thanks to the special design of its driver. Developed in-house, the 5¼-inch aluminium cone is the ideal structural material, specified for its ability to deliver slam, punch and accurate low-frequency fundamentals.

Beautiful Cabinets

Navis’s elegant design integrates perfectly with any interior. Its enclosure has a fine-furniture finish, available in Gloss Black, Gloss White and Wood Veneer. A dedicated floor stand completes the installation, and is recommended for optimum performance.
