Using a proprietary mesh network perfect synchronisation between your speakers around your house is achieved and not only that, but you also gain industry-leading 96kHz/24-bit high-resolution sound that engulfs your home for rich detailed brilliance that you can rely on. Use the app to set up rooms and control speakers remotely or simply press the Form button on your speaker to add it to the listening session. It’s that easy.

Connect wirelessly

With the new way in which we now listen to music. Bowers and Wilkins have designed these speakers to suit the most discerning of listeners who also like to stream. The Bowers and Wilkins Music app is the home of all your music for your Formation Duos. The app allows you to control the functions of your speakers and will connect to a streaming service of your choice. Once connected you can browse your artists, albums and playlists and instantly stream the audio to your speakers.

Smart controls

Formation also has some smart features to really level up your experience. Spotify connect allows you to connect effortlessly to the speakers from the Spotify app on any device, not just your phone. You can have a single, seamless experience from your phone, to your laptop, to your desktop computer and to your Formation Duos. Airplay 2 allows you to instantly mirror sound from your iPhone, iPad or Macintosh computer to your sound system. The close integration with Apple products makes Airplay the easiest way for Apple users to stream audio.
