Whether you have a top-of-the-range Hi-Fi system, or a modest home entertainment system that you want to give a boost, this wireless network player will fit in great with anyone who loves the convenience of streaming services with audiophile sound quality. Compatible with multiple formats, platforms, and sources, you can stream your music however you like. With connectivity to DTS Play-Fi, Spotify Connect, and Apple AirPlay 2, Audiolab’s latest offering will let you stream however you like.

DTS Play-Fi Compatible

DTS’ renowned Play-Fi system allows for high-resolution wireless streaming via both Ethernet or Wi-Fi. This connectivity being added to the 7000N allows you to easily stream from any source on your network. From smartphones to tablets, PCs to NAS drives or home media servers. Easily expandable into a multi-room system, Play-Fi lets you control and set up a full, cohesive home sound system. Compatible with streaming services like Spotify, Tidal, HD Tracks, Deezer, Amazon Music, Napster, Qobuz, and plenty more. Play-Fi also supports a wide range of audio codecs including MP3, MP4A, AAC, FLAC, WAV, and AIFF, with two listening modes offering 24-bit/192 kHz audio resolution, or a CD quality bandwidth-saving 16-bit/48 kHz resolution for multi-room use.

Improved Circuitry

The 7000N Play offers a lot of new playback features that improve its sound for a marginal increase in pricing. Using a next-generation ES9038Q2M DAC converter chip from ESS instantly improves the clarity and dynamic range of the material you feed through it, adding much more depth to its sound. Pairing this with ESS Technology’s HyperStream II and Time Domain Jitter Eliminator circuitry, your streamed signal remains stable, clear, and consistent, with a flat noise floor of 200 kHz and 10 dB lower distortion than comparable chips.

Inviting Display

The 7000N also includes a unique LCD display that can communicate any kind of information you want. The streaming service is used, as the track format and sample rate, full track information. Analogue and digital VU metering modes are also available as commonly seen in retro Hi-Fi and high-end analogue studio equipment, or digital LED metering as seen in modern home audio equipment.

Customise Your Listening

The 7000N Play also gives you menu access, so you can adjust visual elements like animations, brightness, and when the display is active. Further control over this network player’s activity like 12V trigger activation and auto-standby options helps you save power when you’re not listening. You can also customise your sound further, with adjustment over balance, fixed or variable output modes, 12V trigger activation, and digital filtering with five presets.

Radio Tuner for the Modern Age

Whilst great for streaming, the internet age has provided us access to a staggering range of radio stations too. From Sirius XM and iHeartRadio to Pandora, there’s so much on offer that the 7000N can let you listen to.
